Pouria Baladi
Pouria Baladi is a recent transplant to Los Angeles, having grown up in Madison, Wisconsin. His love for film and video production started during his senior year of high school as soon as he cut together his first dramatic-comedy short video, "Ode to Sofa". After graduating from UW-Madison in 2007, he worked for the Wisconsin International Film Festival technical staff, creating festival video content and assisting in program operations.
After spending some time in Chicago working in TV commercial production and shooting a documentary in New Orleans about wetland restoration, entitled "The Cypress Graveyard", Pouria moved to Los Angeles during the winter of '09. He has since worked on a number of feature film sets and other video projects and is always on the lookout to meet and work with other dedicated filmmakers. A hardworking, motivated and driven individual, Pouria is happiest when he's busy filmmaking. As the Filmmaker Rep, Pouria will be there to assist the horror filmmakers with whatever needs they may have, as deadly as they may be...
