Pam worked for “Student News” (KLCS TV, Channel 58) as a broadcaster, writer, editor and graphic artist, and in 1976 the show was nominated for an Emmy.

Later, she forayed into the sales and customer service industry, which she really enjoyed.  Her British husband took them to England in 1981, where she worked in management, customer service, audit, and production, running a team of twenty people and a fleet of vehicles.

Returning to America in 2005, Pam went to work for the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce's Visitor Center, where she found her niche.  Well suited for hospitality, Pam has helped to create a comfortable and warm atmosphere at the Visitor's Center, which has brought welcome to many visitors to the Big Bear community.  What makes her uniquely gifted for the position of hospitality is her ability to treat people the way she likes to be treated and she has applied this "golden rule" to her many positions over the years.

Always fascinated with the horror film industry, Pam has found that the Big Bear Horror Film Festival fits her perfectly and she is happy to be a part of such a "great annual event".
