Jed Rowen
Jed Rowen is very excited to be a guest at the 2010 Big Bear Film Festival for the screening of Dahmer vs. Gacy, in which Jed plays a moronic Army sergeant. Dahmer vs. Gacy has proven to be a crowd favorite wherever it has screened, from this year's Action On Film Festival in Pasadena to Denver's Horrorfest Convention...and the film's screening at this year's Big Bear Film Festival will be no exception.....it's gonna rock!! Jed has had a very busy and rewarding last couple of years. Just this past July, he finished shooting one of his best roles to date in the movie The Ghastly Love of Johnny X, with Creed Bratton from The Office fame and Kevin McCarthy.
Last December, in recognition of his nearly 80 film credits, Jed was awarded the Golden Halo Film Achievement Award by the Southern California Motion Picture Council. Jed was also the subject of an article in the Sept. 2009 edition of The Atlantic entitled: Inbred Jed: The Strenuous Life of a B-Movie Zombie, recounting his many zombie roles and experiences as a cult film actor. Other recent highlights include the premiere of 300 LBS. (a spoof of the blockbuster 300), in which Jed played the role of Xerxes to a packed house at the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con.
Jed can also be seen in the drama D.C. Sniper, released worldwide this past March. Please look for Jed at the screening of Dahmer vs. Gacy. Jed’s band, Rogue Agent, composed the theme song to the film, which plays during the end credit crawl. He wants to hear what you think!!
