REGISTRATION aka WILL CALL
Please enter the theater from the front (South) entrance only; no admittance allowed from the North or East doors.
Prepurchased tickets can be picked up at Will Call upon arrival, located at the entrance hall to the theater. Registration, Will Call, and Information will be open at 09:30am Saturday, May 18th.
PASS SPECIFICATIONS:
* One Day Pass is good for one full day of screenings only and is not valid for entry into the Saturday Night Costume Party and Screening of Pumpkinhead or the Invitation-Only Filmmaker Brunch. This pass is only good on the day indicated.
* Two Day Pass is good for two days of screenings and workshops only. This pass is not valid for entry into the Saturday Night Costume Party and Screening of Pumpkinhead, or the Invitation-Only Filmmaker Brunch.
* All Access Pass is good for all three days of screenings and the Awards Presentation, the VIP Kick-off Party (Friday), the Saturday Night Costume Party and Screening of Pumpkinhead, and other unscheduled events, on a first come first serve basis.
* VIP Passes cannot be purchased and will be given out only by a festival executive staff member for those guests whom they deem should require a VIP pass. The VIP pass, reserved mainly for celebrities and special guests, is good for ALL events, ALL three days of the festival. Special discounts and private events (TBA) will be made available only to VIP pass holders. In addition to these benefits, other special advantages and intangible benefits may apply. Priority Seating at all screenings is available to VIP pass holders on a first come, first serve basis; there will be a block of approximately twenty-five seats designated for VIPs. VIPs will be admitted to screenings first, then others, as space permits, so please come early even though you hold a VIP pass. Thank you for your understanding.
All passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Priority seating at all screenings is available to VIP pass holders on a first come, first serve basis; there will be a block of approximately twenty-five seats designated for VIPs. VIPs will be admitted to screenings first, then other passholders, as space permits, so please come early even if you hold a VIP pass. Thank you for your understanding.

√ INDIVIDUAL SCREENING PASSES will be sold at the door for $12 per screening, cash only please, while seats are available. Each individual pass is for a film or block of films as laid out on the printed schedule. Refer all questions to the Registration Table.
√ SEATING is limited and admission to screenings is NOT guaranteed. Please arrive early.
- There will be a limited number of reserved priority seats offered first to VIPs, then All Access Pass holders, then others as they become available (not sooner than ten minutes prior to scheduled show times). A VIP pass does not guarantee priority seating to any screenings, so please arrive early. Priority seats will be offered to VIPs on a first come, first serve basis.
- If at any time pass holders become a nuisance to others or are uncooperative with staff security, SoCal Horro-Fi reserves the right to require that passes be surrendered and guests will be asked to leave with no refunds offered. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a fun and safe event for everyone!
At the door policy: Cash preferred. Most major credit cards accepted. No personal checks.
Refund requests should be submitted in writing within 48 hours before the opening night. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
PLAYROOM (aka "childcare")
On site drop in childcare will be provided between the hours of 10:30 am to 6:30 pm on Saturday and 10:30am-4:30pm on Sunday. First two hours free (tips encouraged) and $5.00 per child for each hour after that. Additional times may be scheduled at the discretion of the festival executive staff. Please note, there will not be a licensed childcare worker onsite; just very responsible, capable young adults. Make sure you give yourself a little extra time to fill out a simple check-in form.
